2023 Zodiac Rabbit Raw Pu-erh Tea
Chinese zodiac culture is an integral part of traditional Chinese culture, rooted in the lunar calendar and astrological beliefs. The Chinese zodiac consists of twelve animal signs, with each animal representing a year in a twelve-year cycle. The twelve animals are the Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig.
The Zodiac collection originated in 2008, and in 2019 completed the first round of "Twelve Zodiac Reunion." 2023 is the year of the Rabbit, and Chen Sheng Hao proudly presents the second version of "Yu Tu Ying Chun" (玉兔迎春). In Chinese culture, the Rabbit is considered a symbol of peace, harmony, and longevity. The year of the Rabbit is believed to be a time of peace, prosperity, and good fortune.
The Zodiac Rabbit Raw Puerh is made with large-leaf arbor tree leaves. The pale yellow liquor has a high, fresh aroma with a mushroom note, and a hint of bitterness that quickly turns to huigan. Thick mouthfeel with strong and long-lasting taste.
Gongfu style (recommended)
5–7 g of leaf per 100 ml, water at 95–100 °C. Rinse once for about 5 seconds and pour it away. Start with 10–15 second infusions and add a few seconds each round. Good pu-erh gives 10 or more infusions.
Western style
3 g per 250 ml cup, water at 95–100 °C, steep 3–5 minutes.
