Wholesale questions

What is your minimum order?

US$1,000 per order, with at least one tong (7 cakes) of each tea you choose.

Can I mix different teas?

Yes. Mix as many teas as you like, as long as you order at least one tong of each tea and the order comes to US$1,000 or more.

Can you print our logo on the tea?

Yes, on larger orders. Logo printing needs a higher order value than our US$1,000 minimum, so we quote it separately. Send us your artwork, quantity and delivery date, and we'll reply with a custom quote. We can also help with custom gift boxes at extra cost.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is quoted separately, based on your address and the shipping method you choose. We work with international shipping partners, or you can use your own carrier.

Can I taste the teas before I order?

Our tea samples are the easiest way to try our range before you place a wholesale order.

What are the payment terms?

We confirm payment terms in your quote, once your teas and quantities are set.
