About Aged Pu-erh (Before 2018)
Raw and ripe pu-erh pressed in 2017 or earlier. Years of slow aging soften the bitterness of raw pu-erh, deepen its liquor toward orange-red and bring out an aged aroma (chen xiang). Aged ripe pu-erh grows smoother and more mellow.
