Program questions
Who can apply?
Student tea clubs at universities and colleges, schools and teachers, tea societies and meetups, and cultural associations that hold tea events. Your group should meet regularly and have a public social account or website we can link to.
Is the Tasting Kit really free?
Yes. Each club's first Tasting Kit is free, and we cover shipping. In return, we ask for photos from your tasting, a post that tags Cspuerh, permission to feature your event on our blog, and tasting reviews on the product pages.
What happens after the first kit?
Your club keeps its member code, and 10% of what members spend with it builds up as tea credit for the club. Use that credit, or a group order, for your next tastings.
How does the member code work?
We create one code for your club. Members use it at checkout for 15% off their own orders. Free shipping applies when the order is US$70 or more after the discount.
How is club tea credit counted and used?
We add up the orders placed with your club's code (the amount after the discount, before shipping and tax) and send the club 10% of it as a gift card each quarter. You can use it on a group order or on teas for your next event.
How do group orders work?
Clubs and schools get wholesale prices from US$300 per order, with no full-tong minimum, so you can mix single cakes and samples. Use them for events, classes or fundraisers. Larger orders follow our wholesale terms.
Can someone from Cspuerh join our meeting?
Tell us in the form. We can often join by video call to talk about pu-erh and Chen Sheng Hao, and we can send slides and brewing notes for your presenters.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery can take a few weeks, so please apply a few weeks before your tasting date.
