2021 Chen Sheng #1 Raw Pu-erh Tea

1st steep: The tea soup is lightly golden and with honey and floral aroma. It is soft and smooth with sweetness after a light bitter taste.

2nd-3rd steep: Golden and bright tea soup with an oily texture and high aroma. It tastes smooth in the mouth and slightly bitter but quickly melted with long-lasting sweetness and “hui gan”. The honey fragrance stayed in the teacup is outstanding and long-lasting.

4th-5th steep: The bitterness is relatively reduced, and slight astringency is increased but comes back with stronger sweetness and richer floral aroma.
