Product Introduction:
"2020 圆梦 Yuan Meng", a raw Pu'er tea meaning "spring blossoms and dreams come true" in English, is the 5th product of the Spring Collection, also called "The First Cake of Spring". It stands for wishing everyone a dream come true in the difficult year of 2020.
This series has three highlights.
1. It is made with the earliest spring tea leaves of the year picked from Gu Shu/ancient tea trees.
2. “汗青 Han Qing – 青云 Qing Yun – 云月 Yun Yue – 月圆 Yue Yuan – 圆梦 Yuan Meng”. The naming method is similar to that of the Hani minority’s "father and son concatenation system", which is the last word of father’s name is the same as the first word of his son’s name.
3. Each tea has a cultural meaning.
In winter, the tea tree recuperates and regenerates, and reserves a wealth of nutrients. Therefore, the spring tea leaves are rich in quality, high in aromatic substances and vitamins, and have a fresh taste and strong aroma. The appearance is tight and strong.
In order to bring the most "fresh" taste of the earliest spring to tea lovers, we finished picking fresh leaves to the completion of production in less than one month. Tasting “Yuan Meng” is to embrace the spring of Xishuangbanna.
Gongfu style (recommended)
5–7 g of leaf per 100 ml, water at 95–100 °C. Rinse once for about 5 seconds and pour it away. Start with 10–15 second infusions and add a few seconds each round. Good pu-erh gives 10 or more infusions.
Western style
3 g per 250 ml cup, water at 95–100 °C, steep 3–5 minutes.
Storage
Keep the cake in a clean, dry place away from sunlight and strong smells.
