2016 Earth Raw Pu-erh Tea
“地韵 Di Yun (Earth)” is a raw Pu’er tea product in high-end “Charm Collection” made with Xishuangbanna's ancient trees of more than 300 years old.
According to the difference in taste, Chen Sheng Hao divided Da Shu Cha into four types: “strong aromatic, powerful Cha Qi, bitterness, and lingering lasting”. They can be represented as “天 Tian (Heaven), 地Di ( Earth) and 人 Ren (People), 和 He (Harmony)” in this series.
The raw Pu’er tea “Earth” is a Pu’er tea that is known for its “Powerful QI”. Different people have a different understanding of “Cha Qi”. The power of Cha Qi provides the ultimate in tea experience and brings about the highest form of tea appreciation. Sometimes when we drink a cup of tea, our back will get warm, palms or foreheads will sweat slightly, and we will feel the heat surging in our body, and our spirit will be refreshed. This is the expression of Cha Qi.
Sometimes, the existence of Cha Qi is extremely difficult to understand, so we would suggest you taste warm tea and calm your mind.
Warm tea means that the tea soup should not be too hot when drinking tea. If the tea soup is too hot, the heat will overwhelm the tea. You will sweat profusely and cannot feel the Cha Qi. In addition, your heart and mind should be calm as water when you taste tea to feel the existence of Cha Qi.
