2020 Niu Jin Raw Pu-erh Tea
"Jin (橡筋)" tea refers to the tea grown in ancient tea gardens with fertile soil and sufficient sunlight. It is made from long buds and leaves at the top of ancient tea trees. The dry tea leaves are long, the first sip of the liquor is sweet, and the tea can be steeped multiple times.

Gongfu style (recommended)
5–7 g of leaf per 100 ml, water at 95–100 °C. Rinse once for about 5 seconds and pour it away. Start with 10–15 second infusions and add a few seconds each round. Good pu-erh gives 10 or more infusions.
Western style
3 g per 250 ml cup, water at 95–100 °C, steep 3–5 minutes.
Storage
Keep the cake in a clean, dry place away from sunlight and strong smells.
