Introducing the Cspuerh Tea Creator Program: Review Our Pu-erh, Get Featured

Some of the most helpful words about our teas weren't written by us. When the tea reviewers at TeaDB brewed our 2022 Lao Ban Zhang on camera, tea drinkers got something a product description can't give them: another tea lover's honest first cups, steep by steep.

We'd like to hear from many more of you. So today we're launching the Cspuerh Tea Creator Program, an open invitation to brew our pu-erh, share what you really think, and see your review on our website.

What is the Tea Creator Program?

It's simple. You make a video, blog post or social post about one of our teas, in your own style. We send you the tea, and the reviews we like most are shown on that tea's product page at cspuerh.com, with your name and a link to your channel.

Shoppers get a real view of the tea before they buy. You get your work in front of people who are choosing their next pu-erh.

What you get

• Free tea samples. We pick teas that suit your channel, from single-origin raw pu-erh to ripe pu-erh and our blends, and send you samples to brew and review.
• Your review on our product pages. Our favourite reviews appear in the "Reviewed by tea creators" section of the tea's page, with credit and a link to your channel. YouTube videos play right on the page.
• Your own discount code. Once your review is published, we send you a personal discount code to use on your own orders and to share with your followers.

Who can apply

The program is open to our customers and to tea creators everywhere. To apply, you need:

• At least 1,000 followers, subscribers or monthly readers on at least one public account: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, RedNote (小红书), Bilibili, a blog or a podcast.
• A real interest in pu-erh. You don't need to be an expert. Curiosity and care count for more.
• Honesty. Tell your audience what you really taste, good or bad, and let them know the tea was a gift from Cspuerh.

How it works

1. Apply. Fill in the short form on the Tea Creator Program page. It takes about two minutes.
2. Get your samples. If it's a good fit, we email you, choose the teas together and ship your free samples.
3. Brew and create. Make your video, blog post or social post, at your own pace and in your own voice.
4. Get featured. Send us the link. Our favourites go on the tea's product page, and you receive your discount code.

Where your review will appear

Every tea page on cspuerh.com now has a "Reviewed by tea creators" section, just below the product details. On the 2022 Lao Ban Zhang page, for example, you can watch TeaDB's reviews without leaving the page.

Many of our teas haven't been reviewed yet. On those pages, the space is waiting for you:

If there's a tea you've always wanted to try, the "Apply to be a Tea Creator" button on its page takes you to the form with that tea already filled in.

A few common questions

Do I need to be a Cspuerh customer?
No. Anyone who meets the follower minimum can apply. If you've bought from us before, tell us which teas you have. We'd love to see a review of them.

Does my review have to be positive?
No. Honest reviews help tea drinkers most. Share what you really think. We choose which reviews to show on our product pages.

I've already reviewed one of your teas. Can it be featured?
Yes. Apply as usual and add the link to your review in the message.

What formats can be featured?
YouTube videos play on the product page. Blog posts, Instagram, TikTok, RedNote, Bilibili and podcast episodes appear as cards that link to your post.
