"Lao Ban Zhang-Fu Zi Qin" (老班章-父子亲) is a meaningful raw Puerh tea independently created by the founder Mr. Chen Shenghe's son Mr. Chen Liubin, to express the love between father and son, and prove the persistence of following in father's footsteps to spread Pu-erh tea to the world.
Mr. Chen Liubin has grown up around tea and has studied tea with his father for more than a decade. After spending countless long days and nights of studies, he has made great progress in the mysterious field of Pu-erh tea blending.
The first "Lao Ban Zhang-Fu Zi Qin" was released in 2017. Five years later, this tea has been recreated, using tea to convey feelings and tell the story that "only love can be passed on."

Differences Between the "Chen Sheng Lao Ban Zhang" and Lao Ban Zhang-Fu Zi Qin
The Lao Ban Zhang Tea Garden is vast, and the material quality of different areas is different. Guided by taste and appearance, Chen Sheng Hao classifies these as premium-grade and high-quality materials.
The premium-grade materials, sourced from single-origin trees over 300 years old, are reserved for our standard "Chen Sheng Lao Ban Zhang", promising a brew that carries the legacy of the tea garden.
On the other hand, the high-quality materials are used to create the "Lao Ban Zhang- Fu Zi Qin" and other select Puerh teas. These teas are prepared using single-origin materials from tea trees aged between 100 to 300 years, capturing the rich heritage and flavor profiles these mature trees have to offer.
Compared to "Chen Sheng Lao Ban Zhang", "Lao Ban Zhang-Fu Zi Qin" has a lower price and is cost-effective. If you have a limited budget but want to taste the authentic taste of LaoBanZhang, it is recommended to choose "Lao ban Zhang-Fu Zi Qin". If you have a sufficient budget, it is recommended to choose the regular "Chen Sheng Lao Ban Zhang".
Reliable Source of Lao Ban Zhang Materials
In February 2008, Chen Sheng Tea Co., Ltd. Signed a 30-year cooperation agreement with Lao Ban Zhang Village. Chen Sheng Tea Co., Ltd. invested millions of Chinese Yuan in the construction of Menghai Chen Sheng Lao Ban Zhang Production Base for the initial processing of Lao Ban Zhang Pu'er tea.
