2022 Sui Yin Chen Sheng Raw Pu-erh Tea

"Sui Yin Chen Sheng" (岁印陈升) is a special raw Puerh tea set made for memoring the 15th anniversary of the founding of Chen Sheng Tea Co., Ltd. This tea selected fresh tea leaves from large-leaf ancient trees over 300 years old. This set contains a 750g tea cake, a 750g tea brick and two cans of "2007 Jia Ming Tian Cheng" (佳茗天成) loose tea (9g/ can) in an exquisive gift box. 

The "Jia Ming Tian Cheng" (佳茗天成) collection is the first Puerh tea collection of Chen Sheng Hao limitedly produced in 2007. Selected ancient trees with age of more than 500 years grown in the six well-known core tea production areas. Only 3,000 sets were produced in 2007. As of 2022, the market value is ¥250,000 (around USD $36,500) per set.

Steeping Tips

1-6 Infusions

The tea should be steeped for 5 seconds after pouring water, without being overstepped to avoid bitterness.

7-12 Infusions

The brewing time can be extended by 5-10 seconds.

Over 12 Infusions

The brewing time can be extended by 10-30 seconds.

*   Mastering the steeping time according to your own taste, Da Shu Cha (Large-leaf arbor tree tea) can be brewed 15-20 times or more.
