“Niu Zhuan Qian Kun牛转乾坤”, the second round of Chinese zodiac tea of Chen Sheng Hao, is a three-kilogram Pu’er tea cake specially made for appreciation and collection. “牛转乾坤 Niu Zhuan Qian Kun” pronounces the same as a Chinese four-character idiom “Niu Zhuan Qian Kun 扭转乾坤” in Mandarin. “Niu 牛 (Ox, represents the Year of the Ox 2021)” take the homophone of “Niu 扭 (reverse, change)”. It is a metaphor that fundamentally changes the whole situation. In the Year of Rat 2020, many people had a hard time. Therefore, everyone wants to farewell to the unusual year in the past, and turn things around in the Year of the Ox. The name “Niu Zhuan Qian Kun 牛转乾坤” is full of good luck and good wishes, meaning that farewell to the unusual year in the past, and wishing everyone can go against the difficulties in the new year. This Pu’er tea uses large-leaf subspecies Camellia sinensis growing in the high mountains of Xishuangbanna as raw material. It adapted traditional craftsmanship, machine pressing, and stone grinding and shaping.
