When will my order be shipped?

After we receive your confirmed order, we will typically get it sent off to our shipping department within 20 minutes, and then have it packed and shipped within 48 hours for the order that will be fulfilled in Canada's warehouse. For orders that will be shipped from China, please expect 1 week of processing time before our international shipping carrier ships out the item. 

Shipping Method and Shipping Time

We have two fulfillment centers (One in Canada and one in China). Currently, we accept orders from 100+ countries in the world. But we strongly recommend you create a user account with your address and country information. Once this is done our website's shopping cart system will automatically calculate the shipping costs for each shipping method offered. Recently the delivery time may have some delay due to the decrease of flights and the delay that may occur by local delivery.

However, we will do all we can to make sure that your tea gets to you as fast as possible, delays during shipment are unfortunately something that is beyond our control.

Custom Fee

For your information, some areas impose custom duty. We need buyers to bear the duty. We are sorry, but we cannot change the amount on the invoice, and we do not mark any packages as gifts. We will strictly follow the custom regulation.
